Entry to the casino lounge is restricted strictly to guests aged 18 years and over. Valid, government-issued photographic identification (passport, driving licence, or national ID card) is required at the door, and our team reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone unable to provide it, regardless of apparent age.

Guests who wish to take a break from the casino lounge may request a self-exclusion period through our front desk or duty manager, applied immediately and discreetly.

Our lounge staff are trained to offer gentle, non-intrusive reminders about time and spending to any guest who requests them.
